Ed Chatman, Jr.(Founder/Executive Director)
Ed Chatman has background of 20 plus years of community and youth services from tutoring to traning and development. He is married with 3 children. Ed possesses an A.S.,Business Adminstartion from Ohio Dominican University,Columbus,Ohio and a B.S.,Organizational Management, Wilberforce University, Wilberforce,Ohio. and working on his master in education.  Ed believes  "A strong youth equals A strong community".       
Evelyn Ikehorn
Evelyn Ikehorn is a retired school administrator, and is presently an educational consultant. She is also an author, having written a motivational book for her children entitled My Hero, Myself. The book focuses on setting goals and being determined enough to reach those goals even when faced with obstacles.
Andrea Richardson
Andrea, has over 16 years of professional experience. Her work experience includes accounting, finance, management, grant adminstration and education administration. She has an associates degree in financial management, a bachelor's in business administration and a masters degree in human services management. She is currently seeking her PhD in Public Adminstration with a specialization in non-profit management and leadership. Andrea is a mother of two teenagers, Brittney and Spencer.
Patricia Harrell
Patricia Harrell Attended Ohio State University- 1973 Accountant @ City of Columbus for 18 years I am a parent of 2 children. I believe that nurturing, guidance and support guarantees an opportunity for our young adults to be successful.
Rev. Charles W. Tatum
Rev. Charles W. Tatum is the Pastor of The Good Shepherd Baptist Church. He has been in the ministry for 28 yrs. and has had the privilege of being apart of Youth For A Positive Image for two years. Rev. Tatum during his tenure in the ministry has worked tediously to help both young and old reach their potential in the Lord and in life. He is happily married to wife Rhonda (23 yrs), and is the father of one daughter, Toska and grandfather to one grandson, Brenden. His constant belief is that we are willing and available we can make the difference in a young persons life.
Philip Ikehorn
Graduate of South High School and retired administrator from the Columbus Public Schools. Former national director of an educational program for children age eight through seventeen for the Tiger Woods Foundation. Currently an educational consultant.
Alfred "Al" L. Young
Al has been working for a community base program for last 27yrs, I’m the director of the employment program at the Alvis house. Has a B.A. in communication and minor in public relation. Came on the broad in 2006-07 has really enjoyed the time working with positive peoples, my ideas of a perfect broad member is someone willing to work an always has a plan, because if don't plan you plan to fail! This is what our young teens need to successful in everyday of their search to be someone or something. I'm proud father of 2 teenage sons Auston 19 and A'dreus 16, happy married to my wife Sandra known as precious for the last 22yrs.
Lavaun Pinckney
Lavaun has over 29 years of professional work experience. She currently works for the State of Ohio EPA. She has an associate’s degree in business administration from Ohio Dominican University, a dual bachelor in business administration and human resource management from Franklin University. She has been a volunteer for the past 7 years coordinating and assisting with YFAPI basketball league. Lavaun is the mother one son, Aaron.
Villia J. Davidson
Mrs. Davidson has over twelve years in the Information technology industry. Her experience includes EDI, business analysys, systems analysis, and performance testing. Her education includes a MBA with a concentration in finance, and a bachelor degree in computer science. She is marreid to a wonderful gentlemen for five years, Mr. Edmund Davidson.
